Submitting Written Complaints
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act and Article 10 of the Hospitality Industry Act, we inform you that you may submit a written complaint regarding the provided service, purchased goods, or our business operations in one of the following ways:

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
Please include your contact details for receiving the response and basic information about the subject of the complaint (for example, the facility or service to which it relates).
